About Me 

Hi, my name is Georgie and here I wanted to give you a bit more information about myself and why I wanted to start my own home bakery.

 I am a self-taught home baker from the south west who moved to Rugby in May 2019 with my partner. Before moving to Rugby I graduated from Plymouth University with a BSc Honours degree in Marketing. However I always wanted to combine my business knowledge with my passion for baking and so Homemade Happiness was born. Alongside running Homemade Happiness I work full time as an Internal Accounts Manager which keeps me nice and busy.

I wanted to break away from the current trend of celebration cakes and offer you something a little bit different. Something special for a loved one at any time. Even if it's just a small thank-you to a friend or relative. I specialise in tarts, loaf cakes, biscuits and tray bakes and find the small treats to be the best, however I always have new things in the pipeline so keep your eyes peeled.

I have always dreamt of doing something like this and becoming my own boss. I am so excited to have opened Homemade Happiness by Georgie and make that dream a reality.
